Weightlifting Movements

Our goal is to teach the two main movements associated with Olympic Weightlifting.The Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. Both of these movements are very technical so require a lot of time, discipline and practise to be able to perform these lifts. I believe these lifts are a combination of both skill and strength so we will also be working on our strength base with movements like the Back, Front and Overhead Squat as well as the deadlift and the variations of the Overhead Presses and Jerks.
