So how do you join?

  •   Kick Start. Kick Start is our introductory class for anyone interested in learning more about Crossfit.  The great thing about these classes is you need no previous experience and you can start at ANY LEVEL OF FITNESS. We put a huge emphasis on learning the basic movements well. 
  • Our classes run on a Tuesday and Thursday night from 6.30pm-715pm.  
  • The total cost for our intro programme (9weeks)  is $100 lump sum or Casual is $10 per class.
  • The emphasis of our Kickstart class is to have you know the basic knowledge of Crossfit at the end of your 9 weeks, and have you integrate into our main classes.
  • One on one Intro. If you find it difficult to get along to our Kick start classes and would prefer to set up a time that is more convenient for you, try our one on one intro. This is the same structure as Kickstart but only has three one on one sessions. Call Renae 0273470513 for more info. 
  •  Experienced CrossFitters. If you are a regular CrossFitter and have participated in a classroom setting in the last two weeks you are welcome to join our classes for a drop in rate of $20


For $18 a week or $72 a month you can get two classes a week.

 For $25 a week or $100 a month you can get three classes a week.  

For $40 a week or $150 a month you get unlimited classes a week

We also do concession cards $90 for 10 classes.

All memberships must be paid in advance.
